Since 1985, our company supplies stores (eg Karstadt), discounters (eg NORMA) and the specialized trade with collectors items throughout Germany.

Quality is our top priority, otherwise we would not have survived as a supplier of such customers.

All products are subject to the highest quality standards. Our brand "Prophila" guarantees this.

Most of our products are antiques. That is, they come from the collector.

Since collectors have collected a lot of different quality in your career, we sort audible that does not meet our high quality standards. Sometimes we dispose of more than 50% of the goods purchased. The cost and labor makes the goods partially but significantly more expensive than deals that invest less stringent standards.

Depending on the area of ??collection and variety, are in the market sometimes high rates of engineered goods. For example, Nachgummierungen, Nachzähnungen, Nachstempelungen, forgery of check, etc., just to name a few.

The layman can usually luxury item not differ from manipulated commodity. We can, and we just only provide luxury quality. For particularly difficult pieces we send the material to the relevant association auditors and allow the goods to sign the back or make photo certificates. Both are relatively expensive and must be reflected in our prices.

Of course, you can convince yourself of the quality of our goods themselves, and of course have a full return policy if the high expectations you have for us, exceptionally maybe even not completely satisfied.

However, this quality promise does not apply to collections, miracle boxes, treasure chests, kiloware, etc., which all have in common that not all of the items contained in them can be checked individually. This is also taken into account in the low price for such combinations.
